Privacy — in plain words

The short version

This marketing website stores nothing about you. It has no tracking scripts, no analytics and no advertising. When you contact us, your message goes to our business WhatsApp or email like any normal message would. Merchant accounts for using the system itself are separate — see Merchant accounts 商家账户 below.

What the website itself does

• Our pages load from our own server only. We do not use third-party analytics, tracking pixels, advertising or social plugins.
• The interactive demonstrations on this site run entirely in your browser. Their data is fictional, stays on your device for the session, and is never sent to us.
• Like any web server, our server keeps standard technical logs (such as which pages were requested). We use them to keep the site working and to count overall visits in aggregate (how many people looked at which pages) — never to identify anyone.

When you contact us

If you WhatsApp or email us, we receive what you send — your name/number/address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply to you and discuss your enquiry. We don't sell or share your details, and we don't add you to any marketing list. Tell us to stop and we stop.

Business customers

For shops that use our systems, business and customer information belongs to the business that runs the shop. Where we help operate systems on a business's behalf, we handle that information only for that business, under the obligations applicable to us under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.

Merchant accounts 商家账户

If you create a merchant account at app.stallpos.com, we store your email address, your name and (optionally) your phone number — only to run your account and verify it is you. Inside your account we store the menu content and photos you upload, and the orders your shop takes through the system.

• When a trial or subscription period ends, ordering pauses — nothing is deleted. Your menu, photos and order history stay in your account.
• You can export your orders to CSV yourself, from the portal, at any time.
• We will delete your account data on request — WhatsApp 8921 5255 or hello@stallpos.com.
• No tracking cookies. A referral code is stored only if you signed up via a partner link, and only to credit that referral.

We handle this data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act — the same obligations described under Business customers above.
