Do I need a special POS terminal?

You don't need to buy or rent a proprietary terminal from us. Use a compatible Android phone or tablet. We'll check that your device runs StallPOS before you commit.

Are PayNow payments confirmed automatically?

The commercial product uses manual confirmation. The money goes directly to your bank account. You check receipt in your bank and then confirm the payment in StallPOS.

When does the 30-day trial start?

It starts when your stall is approved to go live. Build your menu and try simulated orders first, then request Go-Live when you're ready.

What's included in free setup?

Help with your first menu, including photos, prices and options, plus remote device pairing. On-site visits in Singapore can be arranged separately. Hardware is not included.

Are the demos the current commercial product?

This page shows real screens from the new product, using sample data. Existing interactive demos use an earlier interface. Coffee-shop, salon, restaurant and hotel demonstrations are separate concepts, outside this stall plan. Do not make real payments in demos.
