Customers order by QR in their own language, your counter takes any customisation in a tap, the kitchen gets tickets in plain words — and at closing you see honest numbers. Built from real Singapore stall operations: it runs ours every day.
Build your menu free. Get 30 days of live ordering for S$0 when you activate Go-Live. Then S$58/month per stall — no setup fee, no card required. No commission on PayNow from us — your bank's fees, if any, are separate.
Demo uses dummy data — the real thing takes orders at our stalls every day.

Every image below is a real screenshot from our systems — nothing staged, nothing stock. Each card says exactly where it runs today.

Photographed dishes, names in English · 中文 · ไทย, and foolproof choices — the app won't let an order through without picking chicken or seafood. The kitchen note takes "less spicy / ไม่เผ็ด".

Tap the dish, pick the variant — seafood sets the price to $15 by itself — add the note, send. A plain bowl is two taps. The kitchen line under the order is exactly what the cook sees, word for word.

"Basil rice — chicken + sunny egg · less spicy · table 7." Payment confirmed, spoken aloud. Done tickets feed the now-serving display — no paper chits, no shouting.

Takings, order count, best sellers — paid orders only, so the numbers can't lie at 9pm.
Different food, different menus, different languages — the same engine underneath. Yours would be the third.

Tap a step. These are the actual screens your customer, counter, kitchen and you would see.
Meanwhile the whole flow is real and running: try the demo stalls above, or book a live walkthrough — we'll run it with your menu, not a canned one.
Book a live walkthroughStallPOS is not a startup that imagined a hawker problem. It is the system our own family stall runs on — 4 MEE has taken orders and confirmed PayNow daily since September 2026. Our second stall runs a 32-item English–Chinese–Thai menu on the same engine. Every image on this page is a real screen from our systems: no stock photos, no hired testimonials, no invented numbers. Want proof? Come watch a lunch rush.
Our own stall takes every QR order and confirms every PayNow on this system, daily.
A noodle stall and a 32-item trilingual Thai kitchen — same engine, very different food.
No call centre. The person who wrote the code is the person who replies.

At our own stall, payment confirmations arrive automatically from the bank — the stall's tablet announces each payment the moment it lands. The same rail is on the commercial roadmap; until it ships, commercial stalls confirm payment with one tap. We won't claim it's live before it is.
Every cost question — trial, hardware, cancellation — answered in one place on the full pricing page →
Prefer a human first? WhatsApp us — the person who built the system replies, and we still come to your stall when you need us.
No commission on PayNow direct transfers — your money goes straight into your own bank account. We never touch it. The banks' own PayNow receiving fees are the banks' business: free for receiving at the major banks until at least end-2028 (UOB is free via GIRO even after that). If a bank ever introduces a charge, it's between you and your bank — your StallPOS works with any bank.
No. There is no compulsory proprietary hardware — use your own compatible Android phone or tablet; we confirm it runs StallPOS for your setup before you commit to anything. You own the device — no rental, no lock-in.
Today: your staff confirms with one tap — cash or an eyeballed PayNow — and a voice announcement follows on the kitchen tablet. At our own stall, bank-email confirmation is fully automatic; that rail is on the commercial roadmap. We will not advertise it as live before it is.
Straight into your own bank account. The PayNow QR points at your account, not ours. We take no commission and no cut — you pay us the monthly fee, nothing else.
Your stall never stops. Your PayNow QR is your bank's own — money still arrives. Orders can be taken verbally like before. Then I fix it — you talk straight to the developer.
The walk-up counter cashier is in final testing — it runs at our own stall and you can try the exact interactive preview on this page (module 02). Card payments, delivery-platform integrations, printed receipts and loyalty programmes are not in the product today. If those are must-haves for you now, we'll say so — an integrated provider may fit you better.
No. Month to month, cancel anytime — ordering pauses at the end of your paid period; your menu and history stay, and your data stays exportable.
Yes — start free at app.stallpos.com/signup. Build your menu and take simulated orders first, free, with no time limit and no card; the 30-day live trial starts when you click Go-Live and we switch your shop live (normally the same day). After the trial it's S$58/month per stall, month-to-month, cancel anytime — no automatic charges, ever: ordering pauses, nothing is deleted, and your data stays exportable.
Really. The QR points at your bank account, the money never passes through us, so there is nothing for us to take a cut of. You pay the monthly fee, nothing else — unlike providers who take ~0.4% of every PayNow sale on top of their subscription.
