The website

This website is operated by Madam Chin Kitchen Pte Ltd (UEN 202637886D), Singapore ("we", "StallPOS"). Content is provided for information about our products and services. We aim to keep it accurate and current; if you spot something wrong, tell us and we'll fix it.

The demonstrations

• The interactive demonstrations on this site are simulations: fictional businesses, people, prices and records. They demonstrate workflows, not live deployments.
• Demonstrations run in your browser; you may use them freely for evaluating our approach.
• Nothing in a demonstration is an offer, a commitment to availability or pricing, or a warranty of outcomes for your business.

Commercial services

Pricing, service levels, support arrangements and data-handling responsibilities for actual systems are agreed in writing with each customer before work begins. Where demonstrations show features under development, we will say so plainly in conversation.

Merchant trial & subscription 商家试用与订阅

• Building your menu and taking simulated orders in the portal is free, with no time limit.
• Your 30-day live trial starts only when you activate Go-Live for your shop. No payment details are required for the trial.
• There are no automatic charges, ever. A subscription begins only after you have seen the current published price (stallpos.com/pricing) and explicitly accepted it.
• The subscription is month-to-month; cancel anytime. Cancelling or ending a trial pauses ordering at the end of the paid period — your data remains yours and stays exportable.

Intellectual property & fair use

The website, demonstrations and their content belong to us. Screenshots of our systems may be shared for review purposes with attribution; please don't republish the site or demos as your own. All people and businesses appearing in demonstrations are fictional.

Liability

The website and demonstrations are provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of demonstration content. Nothing here limits rights you have under Singapore law.
